Why is my order taking longer than usual to complete?

Check out our quick checklist below if delivery of your order is taking longer than usual. We make every effort to complete all orders as promptly as possible for all of our services and promotion networks.

  • Double-check that all order information, including any provided usernames or links, is accurate and valid. You can find all your orders on our dashboard.
  • Make sure your post or profile is accessible to everyone (set to public) and follows all other order requirements for the specific service before placing your order.
  • Wait 5-10 minutes.
  • Slower delivery times could be caused by a backlog of orders that are waiting to be fulfilled for the chosen service and/or promotion network.
  • If there are several promotion networks available for the service you are ordering, try testing one of them instead. They might have faster delivery.
