Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.


Payments on SocialPlus are processed using either PayPal’s secure system or a secure and verified payment gateway, with no sensitive financial information being input through our web site. Secure method of accepting payments is processed using SSL encryption. By purchasing our services you are explicitly agreeing that you clearly understand and agree to what you are purchasing and will not file a fraudulent dispute via PayPal, credit card or debit card institution. Furthermore, you have authorization to use the credit card, debit card, PayPal account or any other payment source used to make the purchase. Upon a fraudulent attempt to file a dispute or chargeback, we receive the right, if necessary, to reset all followers and likes, terminate your account and/or permanently ban your IP address. Users acknowledge chargebacks, disputes, or payment reversals will not be carried out prior to discussing the situation with our support team.

Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing on SocialPlus’s web site could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. SocialPlus does not warrant that any of the materials on its web site are accurate, complete, or current. SocialPlus may make changes to the materials contained on its web site at any time without notice. SocialPlus does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.


SocialPlus has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its Internet web site and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by SocialPlus of the site. Use of any such linked web site is at the user’s own risk.

SocialPlus may revise these terms of use for its web site at any time without notice. By using this web site you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms and Conditions of Use.

Customers who are not completely satisfied with our services may request a full refund within the first 30 days of their purchase. Please note that refund cases will be handled on a case-by-case basis, and that we will only issue a refund, if we were incapable of completing your order to the fullest within 30 days, at the time of placing the order. We do not provide refunds for orders that has been delivered successfully. Refunds will be processed through our customer support agents who can be reached by clicking on "Chat with us". Refunds are under some circumstances, applicable to free credits. SocialPlus reserves the right to meet customer satisfaction and all refunds must be processed in due diligence and due process.


In addition to our other products, we also offer monthly subscriptions for, but not limited to, Instagram likes, also called Auto-Likes. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Active subscriptions will automatically renew every 30 days, if there are enough funds on the users balance. There can only be one active subscription for a unique Instagram account at a time. Prices are subject to change, without any prior notice. Upon purchasing a subscription, you accept and agree that the payment is non-refundable.

Adding funds

Registered users has the opportunity to add funds directly to their account, also known as "Top up", and use these funds to pay for our products and services. Upon adding funds, or topping up your account, you agree and accept that the funds are non-refundable, and that the purchased item, the funds ("a digital item"), is delivered instantly after the payment has been approved. Any attempts to make a fraudulent chargeback after adding funds, will under no circumstances result in a refund.


We offer a unique affiliate program for approved users, which enables you to receive commissions from your referrals. Referrals are new users who used your link to register an account. This section highlights the terms and conditions for users implicated in the affiliate feature, upon violating these terms in any way, your account may be limited, or completely terminated, and any earnings will be withhold.

Upon using the affiliate feature, you agree and accept the following, but not limited to:

  1. Comissions are percentage based, and may vary depending on the item purchased. Transaction fees, including taxes are not included in the commission. Commissions are based on the purchase amount excluding fees, and taxes. Our commision rates will be approtiately advertised on our platform. All rates are subject to change, withour prior notice.
  2. Any attempts to trick the system, such as, but not limited to registering a secondary personal account as a referral, will result in a complete account termination of all accounts, and us witholding any potential earnings.
  3. All orders made from referrals will have a 60 day holding period, which determines whether or not the payment will be approved or denied. We hold the right to deny any payments that we deem suspicious, or otherwise invalid. We have this holding period, to ensure that we can handle potential disputes, and similar, before releasing commissions.
  4. We have a minimum withdrawal requirement of $100.00 USD. You cannot request a withdrawal before this minimum requirement is met. Fees may also apply to your chosen withdrawal method, which will be subtracted from the due amount. This minimum requirement is subject to change, without prior notice.
  5. All your referrals must be legitimate users, not bots, or computers performing actions. If we suspect the use of the aforementioned, we hold the right to temporarily disable your account, or completely terminate it, and/or withold any potential earnings for our gain.
  6. You can request a withdrawal of your approved earnings, once you meet the minimum requirement. The accepted withdrawal methods will be clearly stated on the website. You are obligated to use one of the acceptable methods. Upon requesting a withdrawal, you agree that you have the full rights to request a withdrawal on behalf of the specified bank account, or similar account. Should you choose to withdraw your approved earnings to your SocialPlus account balance, you accept that your earnings will be converted into free credits, and are non refundable.
  7. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that the income is reported correctly, and in compliance with local laws in your country of residence. We will not be held accountable in any way.

Use of discount codes

We accept the use of discount codes, also known as coupons, during individual order checkout. Discount codes can either give a percentage (e.g. 10%), or a fixed (e.g. $5) discount. Upon using discount codes, you agree and accept the following, but not limited to:

  1. Only one discount code can be used for an order. Discounts cannot be combined.
  2. Some discount codes may require a minimum, or maximum purchase.
  3. Discount codes may have a total use limit, once this is reached, the discount will no longer be redeemable.
  4. Additional terms and conditions may apply to some discounts, these terms will be appropriately advertised, in a way that we find suitable.


  1. SocialPlus is not affiliated with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook or any aforementioned third-party partners in any way.
  2. It is your sole responsibility to comply with Instagram, or any third party rules and any legislation that you are subject to. You use SocialPlus at your own risk.
  3. We are not responsible for your actions and their consequences. We are not to blame if your Instagram account is banned for any reason.
  4. We may require your Instagram username, or similar information to obtain required public information from the Instagram API. We may store, and distribute this information to third parties.
  5. The expected number of followers, likes, comments, and views is not guaranteed to you in any way.
  6. We can’t guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted or error-free operability of the products or services.
  7. You agree that upon using our services and products, that you will only provide accurate and truthful information about yourself, such as, but not limited to, your country, state, name and whatever information that we may need.
  8. It is the sole responsibility of the customers to ensure their accounts are set to “public” during their use of the SocialPlus service. Any downtime of service in relation to a client changing their profile to “private”, or removing posts to which our services has been applied, will not result in any payment reimbursement for that period of time.
  9. You agree that upon purchasing our products or services, that you clearly understand and agree on what you are purchasing and will not file a fraudulent dispute via the payment processor.
  10. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or withdraw the whole or any part of our service or any of its content at any time without notice and without incurring any liability.
  11. It is your sole responsibility to check whether the Terms have changed.
