Why am I earning cashback on my orders?

Exciting news! Starting January 3rd, 2024, we've introduced a bonus/cashback program for all SocialPlus users.

With each new order, you'll earn a 2% bonus or cashback that can be applied to future orders.

How can I use my bonus/cashback?

It's easy! During checkout, you'll see an option to apply your cashback balance to your order.

For instance, if your cashback balance is $5 and your order total is $1.95, you can choose to use your cashback, making the order completely free!

Update (January 17): Cashback will now be released once the order is marked as complete. This change aims to avoid releasing cashback on orders that are refunded due to not meeting service requirements or similar issues. 

Please note that cashback is currently applicable only for individual orders. We're working on extending cashback benefits to our campaigns (both automatic and preset). Stay tuned for updates!
