Are you passionate about helping others succeed as well? Your English skills must be sufficient and without any grammatical mistakes. In this role, you are responsible for answering common questions in live-chat (support tickets) such as order updates, accounts or claiming our free trial etc.
You must be cool-headed and stay calm on the rare occasions that someone has a bad day. We do not tolerate disrespectful behavior towards our support representatives. You always have the opportunity to mute, or reassign tickets to another representative or moderator if needed.
