Why were multiple charges made on my card?
If you're seeing multiple charges on your card statement, and one hasn't been credited to your SocialPlus balance, these are the likely scenarios:
- Your payment didn't go through successfully or is pending approval by the payment processor. See the steps to fix this here
- You didn't authorize the payment (two-factor authentication, etc.).
The reason it's on your card statement is probably because the payment has been reserved but not actually charged. That's why it hasn't been credited to your SocialPlus account yet.
Reserved payments are usually released by your card issuer within 5-10 business days if the payment was unsuccessful.
