What is your refund policy?

SocialPlus offers the most fair and generous refund policy on the market. Prior to ordering, our system automatically validates all order information – to prevent potential delivery issues before they occur. If your order details are invalid, or your profile or content is inaccessible for whatever reason, we will automatically refund the credits to your SocialPlus account balance – giving you the opportunity to correct the issue and order again.

In the rare scenarios, when the above is still not enough, we will refund orders in full or partially upon request to your account balance if we are unable to complete it within our thirty-day guarantee, as stated in our terms of use.
