I did not receive the sign-up confirmation e-mail?

In order to complete your account registration we send an e-mail verification link/code. This helps verify that the specified e-mail address actually belongs to you.

See our quick checklist below if you have issues receiving our e-mails.

  1. Double check that you entered the correct e-mail address (try to register again).
  2. Look at your spam/junk folder.
  3. Try to wait 5-10 minutes and look again.
  4. Use a reputable e-mail provider such as Gmail, Hotmail, Outlook, iCloud or Yahoo instead. These e-mail providers generally have no problems receiving our e-mails.

There are countless e-mail providers to pick from in today's world. They each have their own spam filter, which can be inconvenient for some.
