Scam

I have been a long time customer for years. Just recently my followers have been dropping (which has not happened in all these years) Ive contacted them using their chat box and they disabled it! So if they dont feel like dealing with you they will mute you! I know this because I contacted tidio the chat box service they use and they told me they indeed have that option. How unprofessional! Who deals with customers like this? I will contact my bank if I dont get this issue solved immediately.
