500 followers bought, significant drops-Scam

I bought 500 followers, after 9 days the numbers started to drop. Contacted the customer service and they did nothing about it, according to them this is not normal and they can't do anything about it (their warranty policy is a lie). "The retention rate and quality of the followers we provide are among (if not) the best in the industry" from their webpage. Don't buy from them, is pretty much a scam.
