I had a problem with adding funds to my account due to a declined payment (really strange as I have used their services for a long time without problems). They were very helpful and understanding and directed me to the right place, and soon after my funds appeared.

I don’t normally write reviews unless I have negative feedback, but my experience with this company is great!
